To overcome the challenges of manual data interpretation across their in-house sales portal, we developed an AI-powered intelligence layer designed to deliver personalized, automated business insights for every salesperson in the organization.

Solution Overview:

The solution, leverages an advanced Generative AI engine to transform raw sales data into narrative intelligence.

  • Data Pipeline: Raw XLS sales data is ingested from server directories via a robust ETL pipeline.
  • GenAI Engine: The system utilizes Gemini 2.5 Flash to process data across three hierarchy levels, generating natural-language insights that identify critical business patterns.
  • Privacy-First Architecture: To ensure enterprise-grade data security, only Partner Codes are shared with the AI model; Partner Names are mapped back only at the application layer, ensuring sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) never leaves the secure environment.

Application & Integration

The generated insights are stored in a high-performance MySQL database deployed on Oracle Linux. Users access these insights through an Interactive Insights Dashboard featuring:

  • Hierarchical Filtering: Users can toggle between ZM, BM, and RH levels to see localized or bird’s-eye views.
  • On-Demand Retrieval: An intuitive dropdown interface allows managers to instantly surface insights for specific partners without waiting for manual reporting cycles.
  • Pre-computed Intelligence: By storing pre-computed insights, the dashboard provides a zero-latency experience for field agents and executives alike.
