The VTC project strategy was a flagship Data Science initiative by the Bank in collaboration with G-Square Solutions to deep mine the customer mapping and going forward strategy with all our retail customers. This has been recognized as a significant enhancement to our customer engagement strategy coming from the Data Science shop.
The most important Data Science initiative of late which has been taken by us at the Bank’s BI team has been implementation of G-Square’s Newsrator. For us the growth of the book & risk minimisation of the Corporate lending space is very critical. Newsrator is not only helping us maintaining a close look at the credit portfolio monitoring but also helping active engagement with corporate Clients
