APPROACH

  • G-Square analysed the demographics bookings, occupancy, room rates, hotels, clients, competitors, seasons, events, hotel locations, reviews, room types and day of week and identified most important factors which affected our target variables.
  • Using the factors mentioned above, G-Square developed a robust Forecasting analytics Model using various tools and models.
  • The data analysed included high velocity data of bookings, occupancy and rates of their various hotel properties and of the competitors.

SOLUTION & OUTPUT

  • The forecasting model is being incorporated in their Revenue Management System through APIs.
  • We provided the forecasted level of occupancy rates and best Average room rates on a daily basis to maximise revenues.
