- They provide various financial products and are leaders in the retail distribution.
- Large retail Customer base with various financial & products needs.
- Client wanted to offer appropriate products to their customer base with minimal human intervention.
APPROACH
- Using Machine Learning, Upsell/cross-sell Attrition models & Mode of Investing models were built.
- Several models including propensity and target amount identification were configured.
- The data was integrated with Clientrator, our predictive analytics tool and the output of all the models is now available on the tool.
