The solution was required for Sales Teams, Customer Support & Collections & Recovery Teams. The problems were a) Scripts used by agents are often inconsistent and not personalized b) Agents struggle with maintaining communication quality and tone c) Continuous customer calls and emails are required for follow-ups, especially for collections d) Manual scripting leads to longer response time and reduced efficiency

  • To address this, we implanted an AI-powered collections platform that automates the end-to- end process from data ingestion to customer outreach significantly improving both recovery rates and operational efficiency. We used LLMs fine-tuned on, G-Square generates personalized call scripts, follow-ups, emails & messages based on customer profile, risk score, and past interactions.
