CLIENT & PROBLEM STATEMENT

  • The client is a large Contact management services company based in the United States with presence in 40 countries.
  • The client aimed to extract actionable insights from the forecasting models.
  • They wanted to display the AI insights in their BI tool Looker.

APPROACH

  • We used LIME methods of ML Models for extracting actionable insights, detecting anomalies, trends, and forecasts, linking findings to business factors for deeper understanding of underlying dynamics.
  • We used our Insights Libraries of Narrator and integrated it through APIs with their GCP Infrastructure.
  • LIME stands for Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations. It is a method for explaining predictions of ML & DL models. We used this for our LSTM model developed for the anomaly detection, trends & forecasting.


SOLUTION & OUTPUT

  • Leveraging the capabilities of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), the insights were displayed on BI tool Looker.
  • Through advanced analytics and machine learning, our solution empowered the client to extract actionable insights on the forecasted data.
