AI Insights on a ML use case
For a large US based MNC in Contact Management
CLIENT & PROBLEM STATEMENT
- The client is a large Contact management services company based in the United States with presence in 40 countries.
- The client aimed to extract actionable insights from the forecasting models.
- They wanted to display the AI insights in their BI tool Looker.
APPROACH
- We used LIME methods of ML Models for extracting actionable insights, detecting anomalies, trends, and forecasts, linking findings to business factors for deeper understanding of underlying dynamics.
- We used our Insights Libraries of Narrator and integrated it through APIs with their GCP Infrastructure.
- LIME stands for Local Interpretable Model-agnostic Explanations. It is a method for explaining predictions of ML & DL models. We used this for our LSTM model developed for the anomaly detection, trends & forecasting.
SOLUTION & OUTPUT
- Leveraging the capabilities of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), the insights were displayed on BI tool Looker.
- Through advanced analytics and machine learning, our solution empowered the client to extract actionable insights on the forecasted data.
- It is helping one client to gain deeper understanding of underlying dynamics & driving observed patterns. .
