  • The client is one of India’s largest wealth management companies. They have levels of hierarchy in sales teams and have an inhouse sales tracking portal. The client wanted to showcase key insights of each sales person on various business KPIs & metrices pertaining to their teams.

APPROACH

  • NJ Insights — AI-Powered Sales Intelligence: Raw XLS sales data is ingested from a server directory through an ETL pipeline, processed across three hierarchy levels (ZM, BM, RH), and passed to Gemini 2.5 Flash which generates four categories of natural-language insights: Partner Concentration, Leaders & Laggers, Drastic Change, and Area to Focus. To ensure data privacy, only Partner Codes are passed to the model; Partner Names are never exposed at the processing stage. The Generative AI engine pre-computes and stores insights across all hierarchy levels (ZM, BM, RH) for every partner in a MySQL database.

SOLUTION & OUTPUT

  • SQL-Backed Insight Storage & On-Demand Insights Retrieval: Generated insights are persisted in a MySQL database deployed on Oracle Linux 9.X, where Partner Codes are mapped back to Partner Names at the application layer. Business users can select their desired hierarchy level and partner via an interactive dropdown on the Insights Dashboard — instantly surfacing the relevant insights without any manual reporting effort.
